Where Do I Start?

Call 844-SMILES2 to set up a complimentary consultation. Our team of experts at the Marquis Centers for dental implants are here and ready to assist you with ALL of your questions and concerns. Many patients do not get the medical care they need due to fear of dentistry, while many others feel it may not be affordable. These common concerns compelled us to create and launch what we call My Marquis Experience. This is your personal journey with our team of experts at the Marquis Center that will enable you to get the very best advice for your unique dental situation, absolutely free. You will be provided with a clear path from start to finish to get you to your dental goals!

What Are Dental Implants Anyway?

Dental implants are made to take the place of missing teeth. The “base” is a metal screw that is placed into your jawbone to help anchor and support artificial teeth. The implant is typically made of titanium, which is completely biocompatible with your body and designed to fuse with your natural bone to provide a safe, stable base for your implant.

Can This Really Be Done In A Day?

Yes, it can. Marquis Center patients arrive in the morning, and leave in the afternoon with a brand-new smile!

To give you a better idea of how we do this:
First, you meet with us for your “Smile Style” appointment where your new smile will be custom-tailored for your face and your lifestyle. Your custom teeth are then designed by the Marquis Center team and created in the Marquis Center lab prior to your procedure. On the day of your Marquis procedure, our surgeon will provide IV sedation and place your implants. By afternoon, the team will begin attaching your temporary teeth which will allow your implants to heal completely, and you will leave our center with a beautiful new set of teeth. These teeth will look almost identical to your final, forever teeth, but are made from a softer, more temporary material. After several weeks, you will return to our center and we will place your permanent set of custom teeth, designed to perfectly fit you and your lifestyle, exactly as you desired, your Marquis Smile!

Will I Be In Pain After The Procedure?

Since our doctors are not only oral surgeons but medical doctors as well, they are especially equipped to minimize pain before, during, and after The Marquis Procedure. They use the most advanced technology and medications available to make you as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

In fact, when asked to rate their pain level, most of our patients say the procedure was much less painful than they expected.

Is My Treatment Affordable?

Just as every patient’s treatment plan is unique, so are their finances. We have helped many patients move forward with treatment who thought this was unattainable. As we mentioned earlier, this is your personal journey and start to finish, you have a guide. We offer a financial expert who will assist you in finding the right pathway forward to fund your treatment. Getting the medical care you need is very important but it is imperative to make sound financial decisions. Our guide will discuss funding ideas that are right for you. This is an investment that needs thoughtful consideration and responsible planning. Many patients feel overwhelmed by cost but most patients don’t pay it all at once. We have partners that can stretch the payments over time, anywhere from 6 month to 96 months! Many times, these partners can make your dream a reality! Paying month to month is probably the most popular choice for funding treatment simply because we can customize the payments to fit in your budget

What Will I Be Able To Eat After The Procedure?

During the healing period of several weeks, you will be instructed to eat a soft food diet, which we consider anything you can cut with the side of a fork.

Do I Have Enough Bone?

In situations where patients have a very limited quantity of bone, there are alternative solutions based on our doctor’s recommendation after reviewing your CT scan. If you have been told that you do not have enough bone for dental implants due to X-rays or scans that show a lack of bone in your upper jaw, do not lose hope! Like many patients, you can also enjoy the benefits of having a full mouth restoration with dental implants in just one day! With advances in modern technology and state of the art surgical techniques, as well as a high level of expertise in treating thousands of patients, our surgeons have mastered the most complex of dental implant cases. In situations where other doctors or offices offered no solution and left you hopeless, in most cases, the Marquis Center can help! Under the careful watch and care of our surgeons, who have vast experience in placing surgical implants, alternative options have a very high success rate, minimal complications and a good patient experience. It is extremely important to note, such options require a seasoned and experienced surgeon with a higher level of expertise, this is certainly NOT a job for a regular dentist. You have one shot to get this done right and that is exactly what we do!

What’s the Difference between the Marquis Procedure and the All-on-4® and “Teeth in a Day” procedures?

The Marquis Procedure is a facially driven approach to creating custom smiles that we perform in one day.

The process behind The Marquis Procedure is similar to All-on-4® and “Teeth in a Day” in that your new teeth will be secured by dental implants in a single day. However, The Marquis Procedure goes beyond these traditional procedures starting with your personalized “Smile Style” session where you will choose your most natural smile which will be customized to fit your face and your lifestyle with the help of our oral surgeons and prosthodontists.

Am I Too Old For Dental Implants?

You are never too old to experience the advantages of tooth replacement through dental implants. Unfortunately, as we age, so do our teeth, and it is important now more than ever to make sure the mouth is a healthy environment. Periodontal disease, broken, missing or infected teeth allow bacteria in the mouth to invade your bloodstream and affect your entire body. Many times teeth need to be removed to maintain overall health. As your immune system declines with age, a full complement of teeth to chew healthy foods and have proper digestion help ensure a healthy mouth and body. Dental implants are the perfect solution to failing teeth. It is common for senior patients to also have medical issues such as cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, past history or currently battling cancer, and you can be assured that you are receiving the best care possible, as the Marquis Centers highly trained surgeons are medical doctors with extensive experience in managing complex medical conditions.
