How Training And Experience Reduces Dental Implant Procedure Cost

by Andrew Mueller, DMD, MD | Feb 8, 2021

Kim Caldwell: Hi, I’m here today with Dr. Andrew Mueller, an oral surgeon from Doctors Implants. Our topic today is to talk about full arch dental implants. That’s a pretty big price range, 15 to 35 thousand for an arch of teeth. How does somebody know you know what they’re, getting what they’re paying for. As they’re shopping around, they’re talking to different places, different doctors, getting different prices. Tell me about the pricing of that and what they’re getting for what they’re paying.

Dr. Mueller: Yeah. I think that’s all it’s a hard thing for patients to know if they’re getting a you know, everyone’s wants a good deal, especially, you know, making that investment. And there’s a lot of factors that go into it. So the factors that vary the expense would be: the training and expertise, experience of the doctor can be a factor. The materials that are used can vary significantly and cost. And the complexity of the case. So some cases are just not nearly as straightforward as others. Those would be the things that that really affect that price range.

Kim Caldwell: Thanks for your time today. I’m sure that our audience will be able to learn a lot from it and make some great decisions about moving forward with dental implants.
